Terms and Conditions

  • 50% Advance is required to confirm the function.
  • If you cancelled the function your advance are not refundable.
  • Full-n-Final payment before start your function.
  • Minimum guaranteed persons is payable.
  • Decoration charges extra ( Like Mandap / Back Drop / Gate / Ganeshji ).
  • CRACKER NOT ALLOWED IN HOTEL AREA AS PER THE GOVERNMENT’S RULES.
  • Add any extra food items charge seperataly.
  • Chair with cover will be included in banquet halls.
  • No any HALL RENT.
  • Only one changing room attached with hall, includig in package(this facility only Hall-1).
  • If required one more extra room, please inform at the bookig time , only for marriage(N.C.)
  • No any electricity charges and No responsibilty of the any electrical parts like projector,mike, generator, music system,lift and any lights.
  • One regular stage to be provide , If required.
  • Total hall Capacity( hall -1 & hall-2 ) is 400 to 500 PERSONS APPROX.
  • Minimum guranteed persons of HALL-1 (200) and HALL-2 (70).
  • Playing of loud music or band should be as per the Government’s rules.
  • Band would not allow to play at the main lobby / porch.
  • Flower and other decorations can be arranged at extra costs.
  • No decorative flower arrangement will be allowed inside the rooms on the bed for wedding purposes, which can spoil the linen. Corner/table flower arrangements is permitted.
  • DJ can be arranged at extra costs and closing time is last 11:00 pm.
  • Damages to the Property / Plants / Linen etc would be chargeable.
  • Outside catering would not be allowed.
  • Consumption of liquor is strictly prohibited within premises.
  • All functions would be held at the responsibility of the Guest and Hotel would not be responsible for any kind of losses like mobile/ jewellary/any bags/gift /articles & injury either to property or a person.
  • HALL TIMING : LUNCH : (10:00 AM TO 03:00PM ) & DINNER : (06:00PM TO11:00PM ).
